Ticket to Hell – Operation: Crash Course
Holy Shit!!!!!!! That’s my initial response to this and anyone with a fraction of a brain knows to follow intuition, so here it is. This blackened thrash death bastard child will snap your chicken neck quicker than Farmer John in a drunken rage with it’s violent and addictive riffs and rhythms. This is what metal is about: totally “in-your-face” nihilistic anthems of aggression chanted and hollered alongside lynching riffs and blunt-force trauma inducing percussion. Feel the spirit of true flesh eating and blood-spilling aggression shoot through you as you inhale this and exhale a violent death onto some bystander.
I just this thing this afternoon and it baited and hooked me in an instant, that’s the amount of power contained within this beast. Ticket to Hell is absolutely essential for fans of the extreme, melodic, and brutal, so yes…you can have it all and enjoy it too!!!!! If it takes me one listen through to feel the need to review it, it’s seriously powerful shit. There’s no compromise or lack of integrity here, just unadulterated and violent metal assaults the way it was intended, it reminds me slightly of that Chaossworn that I recently reviewed. A classic relapse back to the melodic and fast, yet brutal and smashing days of blasphemy and aggression, this is incredibly awesome and addictive stuff…I knew today was a good day and this crossing my path concludes that sentiment. You must hear this!!!!!!
