Australia’s Truth Corroded have set up 11-tracks of pride, anger, and frustration on their new album, “Upon the Warlords Crawl.” These solid tracks are not just built-up of modern day styles, but are also inclusive of some old-school rhythms as well. Imagine Slayer meets Chimaria and you get a hard hitting tune like “Buried Alive by Demons.” There are also heavier alternative elements woven within in tracks like “Decimate” and “The Waste That Is Their World”, that later of which is fast, persistent, and beats you hard into the ground making you stick around to see what else they have to offer.
There is indeed no denying it, “Upon the Warlords Crawl” is a solid album, evidencing that Truth Corroded is a talented band writing bold but solid content from the ground-up.
